Order Processing

Please allow 1–5 days to process orders before shipment. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 days for domestic delivery after it ships. Faizeh Nahar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have questions about your order, email iikramkedar@gmail.com.

Shipping times can change for reasons outside our control.

Return policy

Refunds and exchanges are allowed if the product is defective or the wrong size was sent. Email iikramkedar@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. If the correct product was delivered, the sale is final.

Name, shipping address, and billing address are used to process and ship orders. Payment details are handled by Shopify and our payment provider. Email is used only for order updates and customer support.

How your information is stored and who it is shared with.

We do not sell or share customer information with outside companies for marketing. Information may be stored so we can fulfill orders and email you about them. Data is kept secure. We do not collect information from or sell to children 13 and under.

We do not use browsing data for ads. Cookies are only used so the site works correctly.
